today rained and rained and rained and now it's still raining. what a wet day. but it's great cos marching was cancelled. all my bones ached fm yesterday's marching. instead of marching, we spent the time slacking away. chatting. wished i could sleep longer. anyway. tmr's going to be worst. fall in at 7.30 RAIN OR SHIN. either in the hall or parade square. and band ends at 5. there's going to be games organised by priscilla and committee. but i guess they will be the norm la. either sport games or a variation of treasure hunt. please prove me wrong tmr? haha. i hope my band tee dries on time or else have to wear pe tee. then somemore have to change when sectionals la. but i guess it'll be fun and tiring? dunno la. oh and i forgot to bring the math textbooks celestine wanted to borrow. i'm like such a forgetful freak la. but whatever la.

band
professer KOMIYAMA came today. he still looks the same as compared to the begginning of the year la. before he came, i thought he had long hair! haha. mixed hardy mertens the trumpet guy and him up. haha. the last time he came, he was like dancing. today was more serious and everything. i guess it's because we were playing da pacem domine today? a dark dark song. haha. he told us many stories to help us picture how he interpreted the piece. spiders[creepy crawlies].. and everything. but i'm really dissapointed with my own playing today la. played so many wrong notes. before he came i was ok. then when combines, all the wrong notes appeared. i guess i was tired. i need to practice more. and i hope mrs chua cuts 25 and 26. cos i havent really practiced that part though. i ought to practice more during sectionals tmr. oh the solo for the disney song is really nice. it's beauty and the beast. haha. it's really cool. i hope we do that part. but it's not very short la. pretty long. and lots of long notes. i guess that can be kinda of a challenge for me? mrs chua will be going through the song tmr i think? ah. i only played it once. and i was like sightreading and mrs chua took the song like so fast la. faster and faster. especially the teacup song la.

gosh time really flies man. the holidays are ending like super soon. a few more weeks. and i havent even started on my homework. i'll try to finish it by this week? i dont like even know what homework la. all the stuff on the mlg taken down. anw. just came back from holiday on saturday. and this whole week have to go back to school for band.

bangkok trip
on the whole it was a whole new exprience. rachel came with us for this holiday. we had to transit at KL before going to bangkok when going there and coming back because all the air tickets had been sold out. we bought the tickets like a month before la. man the agent sucks la. it was really tiring. but really fun la. the first day we had a half day tour around bangkok. we went to the floating market. lol. the things there are supposed to be like very cheap? but end up it's like 4 bucks for some souvenirs so ex la. but anw. i bought like many many things there. 2 handbags, one pair of flats, clothes and many many more stuff(: haha. ooh. we met michelle there too. i was like i hope i meet michelle at the breakfast table at level 1. end up when we meet her at the shopping centre near the hotel, we found out that she had her breakfast at level 8. lol. we met her twice at the shopping mall there lor. haha. anw. then when we came back, we reached s'pore at midnight, then i reached home at like 1+ and the cab fare was like 32 bucks la. lol. all the agent's fault la. but anw. it was a really good trip la. my first time to bangkok. :D

KL trip
went KL two days after that. i was like so exhausted la. i wish the trip was like a few days later. everything was so messy la. then i forgot to bring my swimming costume to KL. then had to buy one there. anw. i also forgot to transfer the pictures taken at bangkok on the camera to my tablet. so had to like some photos during the bangkok trip for the KL trip. my parents were like damn furious la. but wadever la. i was so damn tired la. the trip was ok la. but i guess it was mainly to meet up with one of my parent's friend. auntie christine. wow. she looked so different now. longer hair. and slimer eh. we also met her husband ken. pretty cool la. ohoh. the pool there was like so freaking cold la. like icy water like that. fortunately i forgot to bring my halter swimming costume. or else i would really freeze man. but the tank costume wasnt much better la. still very cold. but anw. we went to KLCC and met mabel and family there. not exactly coincedantal. cos we met up? haha. i bought some music home la. learning to play it now. but my piano skills really suck. i need HELP. anw. the trip was alright la. not too bad(: we took a coach home. the coach was like super cool. got like leg extension and the screen with games, videos music. first time taking such a luxurious coach la. it was pretty cool la(:

today
we had marching early in the morning. and daddy has no car to send me to school. fortunately celestine's dad could give me a lift to school. anw. when we reached school i emptied my pocket and it was time to fall in. marching was pretty tough at first. but we had fun in the end because everyone was laughing. fun la but tring(: then had 7 mins for break and set up instrument and everything la. so rush. then when mrs chua came in. she gave us 1 hour for sectionals. we practiced da pacem domine. the solo so tough. but i know i'll master it. sooner or later. haha. i kinda got the hang of it already la. just need to practice more. and master vibrato. i know how to use vibrato on like a certain note. and now. i need to put it into some solo or something. as in know how to apply it la. yepp. i'll work it out sooner or later. i only learned the sax for two years and i've acomplish so much. dunno what else i'm gonna do next? sightreading? yeah. i guess so. anw. then during sectionals mrs chua came and told us the new alto sax was ready. then i was going to have to use it. so ok lor. but it was kinda hard to control la. cos i wasnt used to playing softly using the new sax. i'll practice tmr. yar. that's one more thing i have to work on. my dynamics, especially ppp and fff. haha. anw. i gotta go sleep now.
